Groundskeeper
Our Groundskeepers keep our properties looking good and love being outdoors. The Groundskeeper position is responsible for maintaining the outdoor spaces of Banff Lodging Company hotels to company standards.
What Will you Be Doing:
Pick up and remove all litter and garbage, from exterior corridors, courtyard and sidewalks of the hotel.
Aid with snow removal.
Position duties will evolve and change during the seasons.
Maintain the safety and upkeep of guest areas in the indoor and outdoor spaces of the property including the removal of snow and ice and other hazards.
Water and maintain flower boxes and planters.
Weed, prune and trim trees and plants, provide lawn care.
Work safely. Obey all health and safety policies and procedures and report injuries and hazards immediately.
Additional duties as assigned.

The right candidate embodies the Caribou spirit including:
Alberta Driver’s license (class 5) or International Driving Permit is required.
Must be physically fit, as position requires bending and lifting.
Self-starter that can work with minimal supervision.
Energetic, can-do attitude.
Attention to detail and be willing to take ownership of area.
Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
