You will be part of a team responsible for providing support to one hundred and some end-users with problem reporting, identification and resolution..
 
Location: Downtown Montreal 

Responsibilities will include:

•             Providing on-site support at all Greater Montreal area properties;

•             Setting up new PC/MAC workstations, printers and other peripherals;

•             Diagnosing and supporting all client applications

•             Troubleshooting PC/MAC hardware and operating system software in a corporate environment;

•             Troubleshooting low voltage equipment such as Access Control, Intercom and DVR systems

•             Troubleshooting all support calls from a ticket queue submitted by end-users

•             Support of wireless telecom devices including user support, hardware provisioning (IOS, Android)

•             Creating documentation and/or revising training manuals;

•             Maintaining asset tracking;

•             Assisting with projects as required;

•             Repairing and/or coordinating repair of hardware devices.

 

Qualifications

•             Fluent in French and English

•             Minimum of 3 years of experience or diploma in IT support 

•             Experience with all variations of Windows, MAC and Mobile OS

•             Thorough understanding of IP networking

•             Outstanding people skills and customer service skills orientation

•             Able to handle rapidly changing priorities, high visibility-high stress situations

•             Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills

•             Excellent research skills

 

Good to have:

•             Experience with Cloud Computing concepts

•             Microsoft or other industry recognized training and/or certification (e.g. A+)

 

Assets and Additional Information

•             You will be required to travel around properties in Montreal for on-site troubleshooting. Mileage Reimbursed.

•             Corporate hours are 8:30am-5pm and you will be required to participate in our emergency on-call rotation.
